We are a fully licensed labour hire company with the LHLA (Labour Hire Authority). As well as being able to do works on fixed price agreements we can also hire out workers on hourly rate.
Who are the teams that work for us?
We’ve searched all of melbourne far and wide to find carpentry teams who not only produce great results but are reliable and professional to deal with. After testing literally hundreds of carpentry teams on previous jobs, its with great confidence we can say the 15-20 teams that we now regularly use, are exactly the type of crews builders want on their jobs.
Not all but the majority of our teams range between 2-4 guys, as this is the size we believe a lead carpenter can comfortably be directly responsible for at all times. When selecting our teams we put an enormous emphasis on the lead carpenter of each team. Good leaders make good teams!
Some of our teams were already great existing crews when we met them however many others were standout individual carpenters that we have supported to help them get their crew going. Many years on we have a very highly skilled army of carpentry teams that we have huge respect for and have very strong relationships with.
Our Mission
Its our mission to provide a hassle free carpentry service to builders with great flexibility in schedule and sustainable pricing. As a supervisor or builder, trying to run a building site is already an enormous challenge, you dont have time to be searching for new carpenters all the time or dealing with tradesman not up to the task! Its our goal to end the hunt for you and become your trusted source of carpentry requirements. When your job is ready not only do we have multiple suitable options to meet your ideal start date but since we screen trial and test all the teams we work with, you can know with confidence whoever we send, you can trust because they were sent by us.
Our process
Your contract as a builder or carpentry crew is directly with us and we manage the entire process from end to end. Contract administration, scheduling, payments & job management all the way to completion.

We contracted Loyco to do the frame, lockup & fix on stage 4 at our retirement village project. Not only were the teams they sent us better than teams we were finding ourselves but it was also a lot easier dealing with one company instead of several smaller teams. We wish we had them for the previous 3 stages.
Over the last 5 years we have used Loyco for a large portion of the carpentry on more than 100 dwellings that we have built. They are a very robust company that offer us an A grade service we know we can depend on.
