Large Unit Developments
We are extremely well geared to take on large unit development sites as our structure allows us to achieve both quality and efficient completion times at scale. For example, when you contract us a 10+ unit site, we divide the frames up between 4-5 teams with one supervisor who oversees all of the individual crews. Instead of you as the builder having to book, schedule and manage multiple teams you just deal with us. We have strong existing relationships with these teams as they are already working for us on a very regular basis. Aside from having a great deal of man power, since each crew of 3-4 guys has its own accountable boss, they are not only highly motived to get your job done in a timely manner but they are also motivated to make sure its done right as they are responsible for rectifying any issues. The lead carpenters of each crew are the core of what makes us such a good carpentry service. Our approach to quality control is prevention is better than cure. By choosing crews that are run by great lead carpenters, it becomes a much more head ache free process.
Renovations/Extensions
Frames for renovations/extensions are almost never straight forward but we definitely have teams suitable for this type of work. Typically we can price the new section but any works in the existing part of the house or certain scope such as merging old roof we usually do on hourly rate.
New Homes
Single storey, double storey, small, medium or enormous – we have teams suitable for all. Simply send us your plans and we will get back to you with our price and availability. One of the biggest challenges we see clients face with framing of new homes is 3 months before the job, they book a crew in and then when there is a delay all of a sudden the crew who was suppose to do the job is now double booked. In the construction industry its a reality that schedules change. Since our service is built around multiple teams, when there is a schedule change leading up to the commencement of your frame we have greater flexibility on who we can allocate to help you get started much closer to when you actually are ready to start.
