Timber Framing
Timber has been the standard for Australian housing for decades.

Light Gauge Steel (LGS) Framing
LGS framing is manufactured off-site to engineered drawings before being delivered ready for installation.

- Very straight and accurate
- Won’t shrink or warp
- Termite resistant
- Non-combustible
- Great for modern architectural designs

- Changes on site are more difficult
- Accuracy during manufacture and installation is important
