The builder originally started this project with their own carpenters but due to unforeseen circumstances they were unable to complete the job.  Instead we brought in one of our A grade framing teams to complete the majority of the works on hourly rate.  The team used to complete the job consisted of 1 highly experienced lead carpenter and 4 x apprentices.  

FRAMING WORKS COMPLETED

Stick building/framing walls, balcony framing, installing noggins, installing staircase beams, install possi-struts, stick framing upper angled walls,Skylight Framing, cross bracing, install ply, Fascia Outriggers, framing angled window openings, installing internal load points, fireplace framing, lining boards, roof beams, exposed rafter tails, installing lower roof trusses, packing out and bolting ridge, propping up existing roof, installing timber ridges & pitching roof.  

LOCKUP WORKS COMPLETED

External straightening, battening, installing James Hardie linea boards, install arcs around windows.

We were able to complete all works within a satisfactory timeframe and budget with a high quality result.  Our customer was extremely happy we have also been awarded another large high end project with this client on beach rd hampton due to commence late 2023.
